Overview

The Unemployment Hearings Manager will oversee the hearing process for clients, manage a team, and ensure strategic execution of hearing preparation and representation in a fully remote environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in unemployment insurance or related environment.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• Knowledge of unemployment insurance laws and appeals processes.
• Experience managing high-volume operations.
• Experience collaborating with clients and internal teams.
• Preferred experience managing independent contractors.
