Overview

The Technical Program Manager (TPM) for the Threat Detection Engineering team will be at the intersection of cybersecurity and program management, responsible for leading the execution of complex and large-scale projects.

In Short

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, complex projects within the Threat Detection Engineering domain.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams, including security engineers, software developers, and IT operations.
  • Hands-on work in Splunk, Cribl, Exabeam, Google SecOps, and other relevant technologies.
  • Lead integration of Agentic AI solutions to enhance detection engineering workflows.
  • Develop and implement automations to improve security operations and threat detection processes.
  • Champion the use of Infrastructure as Code practices within the team.
  • Manage project risks and ambiguities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to partners at all levels.
  • Maintain knowledge of cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in the cybersecurity field.
  • Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts.
  • Technical background in cybersecurity technologies and methodologies.
  • Deep technical expertise in Splunk, Google SecOps, and Detection Engineering.
  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
  • Project management skills with experience leading complex projects.
  • Relevant certifications in project management or cybersecurity are desirable.
  • Able to manage ambiguous requirements.
  • Experience leading content discussions around incident investigation efforts.
  • Experience in tracking activities within various Security Operation workflows.
