Tech Lead Fullstack (Java + Angular) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Tech Lead full stack to strategically lead the development team. This position requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to influence, good communication, and a proactive approach to lead initiatives and decisions in a highly collaborative and agile environment.

• Lead the development team technically, promoting good engineering practices.

Requirements

• Solid experience in technical leadership of development teams.
• Excellent communication and collaborative posture.
• Proficiency in Java 17+ with Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch.
• Experience with microservices architecture, REST, and GraphQL.
• Experience with Angular 15+ or other modern frontend technologies.
• Automated testing experience (JUnit, Mockito, etc.).
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability tools (Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, etc.).
• Solid understanding of DDD, SOLID, Design Patterns, and other architectural patterns.
• Experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, S3, SQS, EMR).
• Knowledge in messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
• Experience with CI/CD, especially with Jenkins.
