Senior Software Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Software Engineer will define all phases of the software development lifecycle for complex software systems, applying ethical techniques in data transformation and participating in Agile development projects.

• Define software development lifecycle phases including requirements, design, and testing.
• Apply ethical techniques in data transformation.
• Produce integration build definitions and conduct tests.
• Specify user/system interfaces and translate designs.
• Participate in Agile development projects.
• Analyze program performance using multiple programming languages.

• Report to the Software Development Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a computing environment.
• Knowledge in multiple programming languages (.NET, React, VB.NET, C#).
• Strong knowledge of software engineering practices.
• Experience with automated testing.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Octopus.
• Experience with Big Data platforms.
