Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst to join our Network Operations Center (NOC) team. This professional should possess solid technical knowledge and experience in high availability/mission-critical environments.

In Short

• Monitor and manage network and security infrastructure to ensure stability and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve complex network and security issues, minimizing impacts and ensuring service continuity.
• Utilize and administer monitoring solutions (Zabbix, Grafana, NNMI, Thousand Eyes, ExtraHop) for visibility and control.
• Configure and manage Cisco routers and switches.
• Configure and manage Fortinet devices, including LAN, Wireless, SDWAN, and Firewalls.
• Work with Service Now for incident, request, and change management.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure service continuity.
• Document procedures and create detailed technical reports.
• Participate in agile processes like Scrum for planning and execution.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge in Cisco routers and switches.
• Advanced knowledge in Fortinet (LAN, Wireless, SDWAN, Firewall).
• Advanced knowledge in Cisco ISE.
• Advanced knowledge in Checkpoint and Cisco Firewalls.
• Knowledge in Mcafee Proxy and Imperva WAF.
• Advanced knowledge in monitoring solutions (Zabbix, Grafana, NNMI, Thousand Eyes).
• Operational knowledge in Cisco ACI.
• Experience in managing requests, incidents, and changes in Service Now.
• Fluency in English for effective communication with global teams.
