Infrastructure Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Infrastructure Analyst 2 is responsible for assisting with LAN/WAN and help desk administration activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team.

In Short

• Diagnose and resolve problems through evaluative judgment, troubleshooting, and analysis.
• Ensure successful completion of data loads and batch processing.
• Participate in testing activities, including the creation and execution of basic test scripts.
• Execute project plan tasks.
• Participate in control activities and make recommendations for enhancements.
• Evaluate issues using existing procedures or similar experiences; recommend and implement solutions.
• Communicate ideas and information clearly and concisely.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Work with virtual and in-person teams under pressure and deadlines.
• Possess effective analytic and diagnostic skills.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate English conversational skills.
• Experience with user support related to technology issues.
• Knowledge of networks and technology service management.
• Experience in managing suppliers.
• Availability for flexible hours and mobility.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite and Windows 11.
