• Looking for a hands-on Senior Finance Manager for the Housing finance team.
• Report to the Chief Finance Officer for the EVH Team.
• Provide financial, analytical, and strategic insight on P&L, investments, and complex partner agreements.
• Partner with various business departments to guide revenue and EBIT growth.
• Manage the P&L and ensure budget achievements.
• Coordinate acquisition-related finance integration activities.
• Develop tools and processes to guide scalable insight.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A.
• People leadership experience and ability to communicate analytical findings.
• Familiarity with Tableau.
• Working knowledge of GAAP or IFRS.
• Experience leading improvement efforts in finance.
• Promote continuous improvement and process efficiency.
