Overview

The Provisioning Coordinator will manage Power of Attorney documentation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients in the Unemployment Claims Management sector.

In Short

  • Manage all Power of Attorney documentation at the state levels.
  • Set up tax and reporting structures.
  • Maintain client access and contact information.
  • Act as the single point of contact for teams and clients.
  • Ensure accurate onboarding experience for clients.
  • Create and track POA documents for client accounts.
  • Manage user access and permissions.
  • Work with the tax team for accurate tax data.
  • Maintain reporting structures.
  • Report to Experian's Manager, Client Data.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Understanding of Power of Attorney documents.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks.
  • 1+ years of experience with state unemployment agencies.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
