Overview

The PAM Operations and Service Delivery Manager maintains the stability, reliability, and compliance of Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms, focusing on CyberArk technologies while combining hands-on technical expertise with managerial responsibilities.

In Short

• Ensure stability, security, and compliance of PAM platforms.
• Validate system functionality and integrations.
• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support and oversee incident escalation.
• Manage privileged account onboarding/offboarding and service delivery.
• Implement service changes and PAM controls across environments.
• Support audits and governance by maintaining documentation.

Requirements

• 7+ years in IT operations, cybersecurity, or identity and access management.
• 3+ years in PAM operations and service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Knowledge of PAM concepts and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and tools.
• Relevant certifications such as CyberArk Trustee/Defender/Sentry/Guardian.
