IT Audits and Controls Specialist - Remote

Overview

The IT Audits and Controls Specialist will be responsible for evaluating processes, risks, and controls in the Data Office, ensuring data security and compliance with corporate policies.

In Short

• Assess processes, risks, and IT controls within the Data Office.
• Support the review of policies and procedures.
• Conduct gap analyses between global corporate policies and Data Office processes.
• Assist the 1L Assurance team in annual review schedules.
• Propose ideas and suggestions based on policy reviews.
• Execute complex reviews and tests of IT controls.
• Evaluate the IT environment and control effectiveness.
• Support the writing and review of policies related to systemic processes.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Information Security, and Internal Controls.
• Engage with management and operational levels within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology, information security, or related fields.
• Experience in technology risk and/or auditing.
• Previous experience in data governance is a plus.
• Advanced/Fluent English for calls and presentations is preferred.
• CISA, COBIT, and ITIL certifications are considered advantages.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with internal clients.
