Overview

We are looking for an Internal Communications Lead to support our expanding internal communications efforts. You will play a critical part in enhancing employee engagement, strengthening leadership visibility and promoting agreement across business areas, including HR, corporate functions and technology.

In Short

  • Partner with the North America CEO and senior leadership to enhance their visibility and connection with employees.
  • Develop and implement campus activations at our Costa Mesa headquarters.
  • Lead internal communications for Human Resources Centers of Excellence and corporate functions.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and create engaging stories for a Microsoft Teams-based community.
  • Work with internal communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Track the impact of regional internal communication initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in internal communications, public relations or related fields.
  • Strong writing and content development skills.
  • Experience executing large-scale employee events.
  • Familiarity with HR, finance, and technology communications.
  • Proficiency with digital communication tools.
  • Experience tracking communication effectiveness and engagement metrics.
