Overview

The Integrated Technical Support Analyst at Experian will provide remote technical support to clients, ensuring first-time resolution of cases through various communication channels.

  • Provide remote technical support via Salesforce, email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve client cases through analysis and troubleshooting.

  • Stay updated on product features and industry trends.
  • Participate in project design and testing phases.
  • Work on additional tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 3 years of Desktop Support or IT-related support experience.
  • 1 year of experience in a contact center environment.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server/Linux, CLI, FTP, XML, and Active Directory.
  • English Level B2.
