Overview

The Global IT Service Transition Director will provide strategic visionary and tactical leadership to ensure smooth transitions of IT products and services in a global enterprise.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT service transition or digital workplace enablement.
• Experience in coaching and performance management.
• Ability to present technical information to diverse audiences.
• Strong communication skills across all company levels.
• Advocacy for end-user needs.
• Experience in global IT organizations.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
