We are seeking a Front-End Angular Specialist to serve as a technical reference in our development teams. This professional will be responsible for technically leading the front-end team, defining development standards, guiding best practices, and collaborating directly with the design team to ensure consistency, scalability, and excellence in user experience.

In Short

Lead the front-end team technically, promoting best development practices, architecture, and project organization.
Establish and disseminate development standards in conjunction with the design team, ensuring visual and technical consistency across products.
Contribute to the development of modern, responsive, and scalable interfaces using Angular.
Participate in designing solutions and evolving front-end architecture focusing on performance, accessibility, and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentoring, and support the technical growth of the team.
Ensure code quality with automated testing and technical documentation.
Collaborate with back-end, product, and UX/UI teams to deliver complete and integrated experiences.

Requirements

Solid experience with Angular (recent versions).
Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and preprocessors like SASS/SCSS.
Experience with REST API consumption and integration with back-end services.
Knowledge of version control with GIT.
Experience with Cloud services, preferably AWS.
Knowledge of component architecture, lazy loading, and state management (e.g., NgRx, Akita).
Experience with unit and integration testing (Jasmine, Karma, Cypress).
Familiarity with CI/CD for front-end applications.
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams.
