FP&A Analyst II - Labor Planning - Remote

Overview

The North America FP&A is looking for a Financial Analyst II to support regional planning and reporting functions, collaborating with finance teams across North America to enhance planning and reporting processes.

In Short

• Support monthly and annual planning and analysis using Hyperion and Oracle applications.
• Prepare monthly management reports and handle ad hoc labor reporting and analysis requests.
• Standardize and create efficiencies in financial reporting and analysis models.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of cost and headcount movements.
• Analyze operating results and investigate variances.
• Improve reporting accuracy and process efficiencies.
• Maintain service level agreements and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with finance and business teams.
• Provide opportunities for growth within the team.
• Work remotely from anywhere in Costa Rica.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Finance.
• Advanced English level.
• Proficient in Excel and financial systems like OBIEE, Hyperion Planning/Essbase.
• Customer service and responsiveness skills.
• Experience in summarizing and explaining large amounts of information.
