Overview

The Revenue North America Team in Costa Rica is seeking a Team Leader to manage a team and support North America Experian Marketing Services, focusing on revenue processes and collaboration with finance and business teams.

In Short

• Manage a team focused on revenue reporting and planning.
• Own FP&A processes including month-end closing and forecasting.
• Collaborate with senior leaders in various departments.
• Enhance insights and analytics through financial data analysis.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in revenue analysis.
• Lead a team of 3-6 individuals supporting multiple teams.
• Communicate analytical findings across all organizational levels.
• Support ad hoc projects for the North America EMS Finance Team.
• Work during US Pacific Time zone business hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial tools.
• Analytical and accounting proficiency.
• Experience in financial reporting and P&L analysis.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong presentation skills for various audiences.
