• Ensure accuracy and completeness of actual revenue.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Manage month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Promote communication between billing, finance, and sales teams.
• Partner with auditors to meet audit requirements.
• Identify process improvements and support automation projects.
• Contribute to SOP documentation.
• Work in a fast-paced environment.
• Support finance professionals and communicate insights effectively.
• Maintain adherence to internal controls and finance reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Ability to manage projects end-to-end and prioritize deadlines.
• Customer service mindset with experience in finance.
• Advanced English and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with financial systems like Oracle and Tableau.
