Expert Financial Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Expert Financial Analyst will collaborate with Finance teams across North America, supporting department-specific analyses and region-wide projects to enhance planning and reporting capabilities.

In Short

• Collaborate with Finance teams on analyses and projects.
• Expert in financial performance narratives for senior audiences.
• Manage financial performance views from P&L and Balance Sheet perspectives.
• Support month-end close and prepare journal entries.
• Support FP&A processes including budgeting and strategic planning.
• Lead monthly calls with Finance and Business Partners for data gathering.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses related to P&L governance.
• Implement solutions to improve productivity in finance tasks.
• Backup for monthly routine team deliverables.
• Handle miscellaneous finance team responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 8+ years of finance experience including month-end processes.
• Experience in financial reporting and account reconciliation.
• Ability to communicate findings to various organizational levels.
• Advanced English and proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with financial systems like Oracle, OBIEE, Tableau.
• Experience with Hyperion Planning/Essbase and SmartView.
