Overview

Experian is looking for Customer Care Specialists to join our growing Call Center in Costa Rica, providing excellent customer service and handling various consumer inquiries and disputes.

In Short

  • Receive inbound calls handling for different lines of business.
  • Ensure consumer satisfaction by interpreting reports and responding to inquiries.
  • Handle consumer issues and disputes, routing requests as necessary.
  • Educate consumers on dispute management and resolution options.
  • Process dispute requests requiring direct contact with financial institutions.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy in the database.
  • Follow guidelines established by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
  • Participate in professional development activities.
  • Work from home initially with a potential transition to the office.
  • Be part of a diverse and inclusive team.

Requirements

  • 1 year of inbound call handling experience.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Able to maintain performance in a busy environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience handling support requests from various channels.
  • Ability to manage tasks and time effectively.
  • PC/internet skills for making fast and accurate decisions.
  • Will pass background screening and pre-employment checks.
