Overview

The Contracts Specialist role at Experian involves negotiating and managing vendor contracts while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure compliance and business needs are met.

• Support Experian Consumer Services and Partner Solutions.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts including MSAs, SaaS, NDAs, and marketing agreements.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, tech, and security teams.
• Maintain contract records and oversee approval workflows.
• Provide training on contract tools like JIRA.
• Guide communication between vendors and Experian.
• Report to the contracts specialist lead.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Address vendor issues and disputes.
• Engage effectively with executive leaders.

Requirements

• BA Required; paralegal certification or legal team experience.
• 3 to 5+ years of contracts-related experience.
• Experience with regulatory schemes (GLBA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Knowledge of procurement processes.
• Ability to track and manage vendor contracts.
• Draft summaries and tracking documents.
