Overview

The Client Technical Operations Manager will lead a team of Technical Account Managers to deliver exceptional service and strategic guidance to enterprise customers, focusing on customer success and process scaling.

In Short

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Account Managers.
  • Oversee customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Implement processes for Operational Excellence.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
  • Help prioritize product improvements based on customer insights.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and upselling.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and career pathing.
  • Travel required: 10%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
  • 2+ years experience managing or mentoring technical teams.
  • Knowledge of software development and system architecture.
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud application design.
  • Understanding of Salesforce, Mulesoft, and API technologies.
