Overview

The Client Services Representative plays a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring their needs are met through effective communication and collaboration.

In Short

• Work with clients to address their needs and provide solutions.
• Present detailed reports to clients and management.
• Manage client records and documentation.
• Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy in client accounts.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve client satisfaction.
• Hybrid role requiring office attendance in Franklin, TN 2 to 3 times a week.
• Report directly to the Senior Director of Operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in client services or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other applications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
