Overview

Experian Automotive is searching for a call center representative who will be an important contributor to the Client Services team, providing support to Automotive customers and ensuring the highest level of service.

In Short

  • Manage inbound and outbound client phone calls and email inquiries.
  • Resolve technical problems and product questions.
  • Document solutions to internal and external clients quickly.
  • Experience interpreting and responding to customer requests.
  • Work within a diverse team.
  • Handle support requests from various channels simultaneously.
  • Stay up to date on products and the industry.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Gather client feedback on products and services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • 2+ years of call center customer support experience.
  • Salesforce.com proficiency.
  • PC, Microsoft Office, and internet knowledge.
  • Advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Advanced English language skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience establishing procedures for client satisfaction.
  • Experience documenting customer issues in detail.
  • Team and teamwork focus.
