Overview

Experian is seeking a Business Analyst to act as a strategic liaison between operations, technology, and the Internal Efficiency Automation team, focusing on accelerating automation and AI adoption.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end intake process for automation and AI projects.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to define strategic automation roadmaps.
• Conduct detailed current-state assessments and translate manual workflows.
• Perform comprehensive Return on investment modeling and sensitivity analyses.
• Facilitate prioritization discussions with senior team members.
• Collaborate with automation architects, developers, and data scientists.
• Oversee initiative tracking, reporting, and communication of value realization metrics.
• Establish and improve the intake and governance framework for automation projects.
• Be a subject-matter advisor on automation trends and ethical AI considerations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, process automation, AI, or digital transformation.
• Experience defining and delivering automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience with automation and AI technologies, including MS Playwright and RPA tools.
• Experience in business case development and financial modeling.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Storytelling skills to distill technical details into actionable narratives.
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Prior experience designing or operationalizing automation governance frameworks.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale AI transformation programs.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools.
• Certification in business analysis or Agile methodologies.
