AI Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

GuidePoint Security is seeking a skilled AI Business Analyst to join our Innovation team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between business operations and AI technology implementation, helping to drive digital transformation and operational efficiency throughout the enterprise.

In Short

• Conduct analysis of existing business processes to identify AI opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand workflows and pain points.
• Document business processes and develop business cases for AI initiatives.
• Gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for AI solutions.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria for AI implementations.
• Manage AI project backlog in collaboration with the engineering team.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth AI solution implementation.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Support user acceptance testing and training for AI implementations.
• Assist in troubleshooting AI solutions and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or consulting.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning and NLP.
• Experience managing project backlogs using tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts.
• Experience with business intelligence tools and data visualization.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative development processes.
