Overview

The Agile Processes and Methods Governance Analyst will be responsible for mapping, analyzing, and optimizing processes within the digital product development department, promoting agile practices, and ensuring integration across various approaches.

In Short

  • Map, analyze, and optimize processes in the digital product development department.
  • Implement and promote agile practices (Scrum and Kanban).
  • Act as a coach and facilitator for teams adopting agile methods.
  • Support structural projects ensuring integration between different approaches.
  • Consolidate performance indicators for digital products and IT.
  • Generate reports and insights for decision-making.
  • Prepare presentation materials for executive meetings.
  • Organize internal events to promote team integration.

Requirements

  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience in process mapping, analysis, and optimization.
  • Analytical skills for performance indicator consolidation.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Desirable experience in event organization and executive presentations.
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus.
