In Short

• You will be the first point of contact for our international customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Verification of documents will be a main task.
• Support customer support agents with ad-hoc tasks.
• Work with service partners to assist customers.

Requirements

• Experience in customer support.
• Available full-time.
• Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset.
• Proficient in English and Arabic.
• Experience in banking or health insurance is a plus.
• Experience with helpdesk software like Zendesk is ideal.
