Overview

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be supporting players of a Live game, assisting them with queries regarding account settings, gameplay, purchasing, basic troubleshooting, and other game-related questions.

In Short

  • Provide support and answer inquiries for Live Players.
  • Gather relevant data from players and offer personalized solutions.
  • Stay updated on game features and procedural changes.
  • Monitor project productivity and quality targets.
  • Report negative trends promptly.
  • Maintain healthy KPI results regularly.

Requirements

  • Fluency in written and spoken Japanese.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or player support.
  • Hands-on experience with contact center processes and tools.
  • Passionate about delivering great user experiences.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve complex problems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of video games.
  • Technical support experience is a plus.
