In Short

First point of contact for international customers via e-mail and phone
Ensure excellent customer service
Verification of customer documents
Support customer support agents with ad-hoc tasks
Collaborate with service partners to assist customers

Requirements

Experience in customer support
Full-time availability
Strong communication skills and customer-first mindset
Proficient in English and Mandarin
Experience in banking or health insurance is a plus
Familiarity with helpdesk software like Zendesk is ideal
