Overview

The Agent Attraction Support Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Agent Attraction Team, ensuring efficient movement of deals through the pipeline.

In Short

  • Work a scheduled 40 hour week
  • Follow up with pipeline deals via texts and calls
  • Detect additional needs of pipeline agents
  • Move deals to the next stage of the pipeline
  • Send help requests to leadership members
  • Email pipeline deals agent value proposition
  • Master and improve scripts and communication skills
  • Update contact database and spreadsheets
  • Attend company meetings and training sessions
  • Other accountabilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Associates and/or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED required or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience with inside sales preferred
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Advanced Google Suite experience required
  • Strong skill set of CRM systems required
  • Effective communication skills in written and verbal form
  • Self-motivated and disciplined
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
