Designated Managing Broker - Ohio (Remote)

Overview

The Designated Managing Broker will be responsible for the successful administration of eXp Realty’s brokerage operations in Ohio, ensuring compliance with state laws and providing support to agents.

In Short

• Responsible for state brokerage operations
• Acts as the state Principal Broker
• Conducts training for agents on compliance and laws
• Responds to agent requests for assistance
• Consults on complex transaction issues
• Performs contract reviews for compliance
• Manages the State Trust Account
• Ensures compliance with laws and regulations
• Supports the Managing Broker(s) and agents
• Coordinates distribution of inbound mail

Requirements

• BA/BS strongly preferred
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Active real estate broker license in Ohio
• Experience in real estate compliance activities
• Proven track record in managing a brokerage firm
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly collaborative
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Skyslope experience preferred
• Willingness to travel within the state
