Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Architect at Exiger, you will help customers solve their most challenging problems within their risk and compliance programs through your expertise in Exiger’s software and technology-enabled services.

In Short

• Be a subject matter expert across Exiger’s full software suite
• Create and perform tailored software demonstrations for customers
• Work with customers to build platform-focused solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team throughout the commercial process
• Complete successful proof of concepts and proof of value assessments
• Demonstrate the value proposition of Exiger’s technology-enabled solutions
• Provide strategic product roadmap input based on client feedback
• Support go-to-market process optimization
• Develop relationships across the business
• Commit to delivering excellence through continuous improvement

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a technology pre-sales role
• Experience in third-party and/or supply chain risk management software
• Bachelor's Degree education or higher
