  • We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team.
  • Guide customers to drive the success of their organizations by transforming the way they hire.
  • Engage all parts of the business and lead organizational change.
  • Own and manage customer relationships to showcase the value of Greenhouse.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and provide support and mentorship.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for customer needs and feature requests.
  • Collaborate with high-profile companies to revolutionize their hiring processes.
  • Help customers learn and navigate the product.
  • Prevent churn and ensure renewals through partnership with the Account Management team.
  • Team up with Implementation Strategists for successful onboarding.

Requirements

  • Experience with account management or customer success in the tech industry.
  • Ability to handle conflicting priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
