• Demonstrate knowledge of products, services, and methodologies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for customer needs and feature requests.
• Collaborate with high-profile and fast-growing companies.
• Help customers learn and navigate the product.
• Prevent churn and ensure renewals.
• Work with Implementation Strategists for successful onboarding.

Requirements

• Experience with hands-on account management or customer success management in the tech industry.
• Ability to handle conflicting priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
