In Short

• Answer inbound calls from patients wishing to cancel services.
• Handle patient concerns and escalate issues as needed.
• Make outbound calls to previous patients to encourage return.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Work in a high-volume, phone-based environment.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient information.
• Collaborate with team members to exceed expectations.
• Participate in other duties as assigned.
• Must be 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in collections or customer service.
• Prior experience working remotely is required.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Experience in a metric-driven environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Retention experience preferred.
