In Short

• Work as a Pharmacy Technician in a remote call center environment.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with their medication profiles.

• Perform claim adjudication and auditing duties.

• Full-time schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.
• Certification from PTCB or NHA is necessary.
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills for phone-based interactions.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Thorough knowledge of pharmacy practices and procedures.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations.
