The Lead Privacy Program Manager, Implementation will play a crucial role in supporting and managing the global privacy program, leading key initiatives related to privacy compliance and governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years equivalent experience in privacy law.
• 5+ years in privacy, compliance, or legal roles in health care or life sciences.
• CIPP certification required.
• In-depth knowledge of US privacy laws and regulations.
• Proven leadership and compliance culture promotion skills.
• Experience in a multinational organization.
• Familiarity with medical device and laboratory compliance laws.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.
