In Short

• Lead the development of AI Claims Guidance software products.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams.
• Build and maintain backend REST servers.
• Own the lifecycle of enterprise application development.
• Work on greenfield projects with high ownership.

• Introduce best practices and drive consistency across teams.
• Agile development with large-scale datasets.
• Participate in technical design and code reviews.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience.
• Expert in Python, with strong NodeJS and Typescript skills.
• Strong relational database design skills.
• Experience with Dagster and/or Airflow is preferred.
• Ability to write technical design documents.
• Solutions-oriented team player with strong collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset.
