Overview

The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis will lead company-wide financial processes, support business expansion planning, and manage budgeting and forecasting efforts at Evolus, Inc.

• Lead and manage the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to executive leadership on financial performance.
• Partner with Investor Relations on quarterly earnings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 12+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, with leadership experience.
• Experience in a publicly traded company and knowledge of investor relations.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Mastery of advanced financial analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in financial planning software and ERP systems.
