• Lead strategic and financial planning across various functional areas.
• Own forecasting and budgeting processes for accuracy and alignment with goals.
• Drive long-range financial planning and scenario modeling.
• Identify opportunities and execute in-depth analyses for insights.
• Serve as a strategic partner to CFO and CEO with presentations to executives.
• Enhance Business Intelligence tools for data-driven scaling.
• Manage operational efficiency through financial insights.
• Support acquisition evaluations and post-acquisition integration.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A team.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit needs.

Requirements

• 10-12 years in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Data-driven decision-making style.
• 5+ years working with senior-level executives.
• Outstanding leadership skills with 6+ years of management experience.
• Ability to solve complex business problems.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
• Experience in a PE/VC sponsored environment is a plus.
