Overview

The Seasonal Customer Care Representative ensures that our customers receive exceptional support and assistance across various contact channels, including phones, chat, and email. This role's responsibility encompasses a wide range of tasks, from providing product knowledge and order assistance to addressing customer feedback.

In Short

  • Assist customers with orders, refunds, and product-related inquiries through phone calls, chat, and emails.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of all products offered by the company.
  • Facilitate returns or replacements and coordinate with the warehouse for shipping and inventory management.
  • Respond to customer emails and moderate social media channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Help customers find joy in outdoor activities.
  • Responsibilities may change based on evolving needs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be available evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Enjoy talking to people on the phone and working in front of a computer.
  • Passion for the outdoor industry and associated activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective sales and soft skills techniques.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Consistent high-speed internet connection.
