Overview

The Enrollment Operations Specialist will improve enrollment turnaround and support payer enrollment execution and revenue growth, focusing on Athena enrollment dashboards and payer setup tasks.

In Short

• Work on Athena enrollment dashboard and enrollment worklists.
• Complete enrollment setup tasks for revenue readiness.
• Coordinate payer portal work across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial plans.
• Follow up on outstanding enrollment actions.
• Resolve discrepancies between Athena and payer portals.
• Track enrollment progress and provide updates.
• Escalate issues when external delays arise.
• Coordinate with enrollment, credentialing, and billing teams.
• Experience in revenue cycle or billing coordination is preferred.
• Must be available to work within one hour of CST.

Requirements

• Prior experience in payer or provider enrollment.
• Hands-on experience with Athena.
• Experience with Medicaid and Medicare enrollment.
• Proficiency in working with payer portals.
• Multi-payer and multi-state enrollment experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
