We are looking for a Middle Full Stack Engineer to join our team in Bucharest!

Your primary focus will be on developing our notification transport system product using NodeJS, Redis, Kafka and MongoDB for backend services and React for the front-end interface. Your expertise in JavaScript will be vital to ensure seamless server-client communication.

In Short

• Code quality - Adhere to internal coding standards and promote clean code practices.
• Code review - Ensure all coding standards are followed and provide feedback.
• Refactoring - Identify opportunities for improving the codebase.
• Scalability, stability and performance - Implement improvements and offer solutions.
• Code documentation - Ensure all code is documented according to standards.
• Operational - Handle incidents according to defined SLAs.
• Communication - Share knowledge and best practices within the project.

Requirements

• At least three years of previous experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in JavaScript.
• Proven experience with REST web services and/or web APIs.
• Ability to understand technical architecture.
• Database experience, SQL & NoSQL.
• Knowledge of OOP and Data Access / Management.
• Knowledge about design patterns, optimization techniques and best practices.
• Full understanding of all stages of software development lifecycle.
• Good English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
