Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Experience with inclusive design practices and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams.
• Strong portfolio with impactful design solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Understanding of Agile, Lean UX, and Design Thinking.
• Experience with design sprints and co-creation workshops.
• Ability to manage and inspire a team of designers.
