Finance Manager for Nordic Region - Remote

In Short

• Key role in the global finance department.
• Responsible for financial management and accounting oversight in Norway and Sweden.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to strategic development through analysis and insights.
• Implement effective financial management processes.
• Quality assurance of monthly accounts, budgets, and forecasts.
• Strong analytical skills required.
• Experience in SaaS companies is a plus.
• Fluent in Norwegian/Swedish and good English skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a controller or in auditing or consulting.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Xledger is an advantage.
• Ability to develop visual representations and communicate analyses effectively.
• Good collaboration skills and a structured approach to tasks.
