• Lead the planning and execution of targeted marketing programs.
• Oversee account-based marketing (ABM) and regionally tailored campaigns.
• Manage a growing team of Campaign Specialists.

• Document scalable campaign processes and ABM playbooks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• 2+ years leading ABM and/or regional field marketing programs.
• Experience managing a high-performing marketing team.
• Strong understanding of account targeting and campaign planning.
• Collaboration experience with Sales teams.
• Familiarity with ABM/MarTech tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
