The Solutions Consultant, CRM and Data Management is responsible for managing field-facing systems, focusing on CRM, Master Data Management, and data integration to support the life sciences industry.

• Lead client meetings and document business requirements.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in pharmaceutical sales operations or data management.
• 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com configuration.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com and Veeva suite.
• Knowledge of data integration options.
• Expert in SQL including stored procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Snowflake and Tableau.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management systems.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
