Solutions Consultant, CRM and Data Management - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Consultant, CRM and Data Management is responsible for our suite of field facing systems, focusing on CRM, MDM, system administration, configuration, and integration.

In Short

• Lead client meetings and document business requirements.
• Collaborate to evaluate and deliver CRM and data technology solutions.
• Perform implementation and ongoing administration for CRM and MDM projects.
• Manage ongoing data feeds and integrations to/from the CRM system.
• Provide Tier 2+ support for CRM system issues.
• Lead and execute new CRM or data management projects.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity and inclusion.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7-10 years in pharmaceutical sales operations and/or data management.
• 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com configuration.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce.com, Veeva CRM, and data integration.
• Expert in SQL including stored procedures.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis tools like Snowflake and Tableau.
• Strong skills in Master Data Management systems.
• Knowledge of data management in the life sciences industry.
• Life sciences/pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
