Senior Meeting Planner - Remote

Overview

The Senior Meeting Planner is responsible for the independent planning and execution of small meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are coordinated effectively.

• Independently coordinate all program logistics for live and virtual events.
• Manage audience generation and attendee data.
• Process healthcare professional payments and vendor invoices.
• Prepare accurate attendee spend reports.
• Coordinate ground transportation and manage arrival/departure manifests.
• Maintain communication with internal departments for timely planning.
• Work outside standard hours as needed.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree.
• 2-3 years meeting planning experience.
• Live meeting planning experience required; pharma experience preferred.
• CMP Certification preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Cvent and other registration systems.
• Knowledge of virtual meeting platforms.
• Strong accounting and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple meetings simultaneously.
• Experience in managing travel for meetings.
