European Tax Manager - Remote

Overview

The European Tax Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely VAT and income tax compliance across European and other global entities, working closely with the Director, Global Tax, and external tax advisors.

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of VAT and income tax returns.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors for compliance.
• Oversee preparation and review of tax returns.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams for data analysis.
• Provide updates to the Director, Global Tax.
• Support tax audits and inquiries.
• Align European tax strategies with global objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
• 8-10 years of experience in tax compliance.
• 5+ years’ experience with EU tax compliance.
• Experience with VAT compliance and transfer pricing.
• Public Accounting experience required.
• ACCA or equivalent certification.
• Experience with complex spreadsheets and tax systems.
